Re: Interpreting Doppler Ultrasound Results ?
Venous leak because diastole is more than 4.
-1993
-Erection problems since 4 years
-I did jelqs and it is posible I injuried, but I hace to say that ED episodes began before I did jelq.
-Having sex with 30mg of tadalafilo

Re: Interpreting Doppler Ultrasound Results ?
Found what I was looking for:
Peak systolic velocity of the CA Indicator of arterial influx
Normal: >35 cm/sec
Gray zone: 25-35 cm/sec
Abnormal: <25 cm/sec
End diastolic velocity of the CA Normal: <3-5 cm/sec
Venous leak: >5 cm/sec
Diastolic flow reversal: reliable
indicator of intact veno-occlusive
mechanism
Deep dorsal vein Normal: <3 cm/sec
Moderate increase: 10-20 cm/sec
Marked increase: >20 cm/sec
Arterial compliance of the CA 60%-75% increase in diameter Ø
Evident pulsation
Resistive index of the CA Normal: >0.9
Venous leak: <0.75

Re: Interpreting Doppler Ultrasound Results ?
Found my post from the doppler with Eid pre-surgery.
viewtopic.php?f=6&t=6010&start=20#p36765
I didn't document absolute values, but what I did post was Eid's limits on outflow/inflow.
Apparently Eid told me that 20% is the limit. Beyond that, no way to keep an erection.
But even 20% is bad. Should be lower.
I had 45% on one side and 25% on the other.
Crap dick in other words.
Data presented above is
5.2/26.4=20%
5.2/31.2=17%
Based on Eid's standards, you should be able to stay hard, but maybe not as good as it should be.
I think Eid's ratio works pretty well with the ranges above as well.
If normal inflow is >35 and normal outflow is <5, that would give 5/35=14% as the worst case when inflow is lowest within normal range and outflow is highest within normal range.
The "Gray zone" lowest inflow 25, would give 5/25=20% at the worst outflow possible within normal.
So all makes sense.
Good luck.

Re: Interpreting Doppler Ultrasound Results ?
Promising results in terms of treatment. Your edv is fine, and your arterial inflow (psv) is not optimal. Pde5i should work well for you (maybe try dosages higher than the recommended dosages e.g. 40mg vardenafil or 10-15mg of tadalafil daily).
According to those values you should not be anywhere near an implant.
But as always - clinic(al) symptoms are more important.

Re: Interpreting Doppler Ultrasound Results ?
It is difficult to get an erection and impossible to keep without PDE5s. Even with PDE5s, its wildly inconsistent as far if it works.

150-200mg V, I basically always double the dose of what I am taking in order to hope it works.
