"Pressure" feeling with an implant

Best of luck! I am pumping it once a day too and I keep it pumped to max that I can tolerate for 30mins (trying for an hour though). It has definitely helped as I can see myself pumping a bit more every day and penis is becoming girther and slightly bigger. Keep it up! We can do this!

It's a truly fantastic feeling to have a hard erection again with my IPP but does it feel the same as a biological erection? For me, the answer also has to be NO. Once I'm pumped more than 50%, I would describe the feeling I have as somewhat "wooden". At almost 8 months post-op and doing daily one-hour cycling, I've not regained sufficient sensitivity during sex to have orgasms and/or ejaculations...even masturbation takes up to an hour of constant focus with visual stimulation (pornography) to reach orgasm and a weak ejaculation. Perhaps some of this is due to getting older but I can't help but wonder if the vein that supplies blood to the glans was nicked or severed during the surgery. I've read my operative report but it doesn't shed any light on this possibility.

With 20 years of ed, I would think the nerves that signal blood flow to the glans is damaged. When hyper excited my glans will fill but usually weak, white and sometimes cold. #Going on to 3 years now vaginal orgasim takes about 10 minutes. Masterbation with porn takes about 4 minutes. Having your nerve nicked during surgery is very rare especially with a surgeon doing 100 a year.

I've had penile enhancement surgeries that nearly resulted in amputation of my dick and a back surgery that caused permanent nerve damage and paralysis in my right leg. These surgeries were conducted by the TOP surgeons in their fields of expertise. So, it really doesn't matter whether a surgeon does 100 IPP surgeries a year or 1,000. Bad shit can and does accidentally happen in the OR!

I would say the answer is yes. That itchy feeling in the glans isn‘t there of course but otherwise the sensation is quite the same. I don‘t need to be fully pumped up in order to get horny. Even when deflated I can feel sort of presure inside the penis.

If you're remembering that feeling, you're certainly able to remember also a "pressure" feeling inside the penis, a typical "full pression" sensation that you could feel when you are 110% erect and your corpora cavernosa full filled with blood. Now, my questiion is..

With an implant, do yoy recover that feeling of fullness and PRESSURE when 100% pumped? Does it feel like when you were 15?

Since ED, i lost that pressure feeling even at 100% erection and i really miss it. Please share!

Nothing feels quite like an organic, non-implanted, full raging engorged natural hardon in my opinion. I remember.

But yes - fully inflated - my prosthesis is awesome in terms of approximating the old feeling. Fully inflated feels...just on its own, without being touched...it feels GREAT to me. My dick feels like it still has a mind of its own and wants to leap off my body when it's hard. The fullness for me is everywhere along my shaft obviously but also below my base and deep into my perineal area. That...deep perineum fullness...is the awesome fuel for orgasm, for me anyway. It is very firm expanding pressure, without any discomfort (I'm 13 months post-implant, so the recovery feelings of discomfort are long gone).

For me, if I am fully pumped and wear a rubber cockring around my scrotum the feeling is awesome. My glans feels full and my shaft is sensitive. My orgasms are awesome and I do something I've never really done before...I shoot far with lots of volume. Just my experience. Good luck!
