Viagra and Glans Engorgement

I take Cialis for better orgasms. Seems to do the trick. I'm just wondering if anyone has had great success with Viagra for glans engorgement. Surprisngly, I couldn't find much on the subject on this site.

Hey Vagabond i also tried Cialis and Viagra but without noticeable effects. Glans is little more engorged but still soft. Do you have hard glans with Cialis? What dosage you used?

Steve87, If your ED was due to venous leak, as it says in your background, then viagra alone will have a very limited effect on glans engorgement.

If you were to combine viagra with a tight enough cockring, that will give you a firm glans.
You may even find that it works without viagra, with the ring alone. I have this, and I have severe venous leak.

Thanks for your reply man. Yes my ed was due to venous leak, but before my first implant glans were well engorged and rigid especially with pills. The issue was in the shaft. But after my first surgery in January, even with pills my glans is way different than before. Using a cock ring works but i would prefer to not use it also because my gf doesn't know about all my issues. And if I have a one night stand it's a bit weird for me to use a ring (I'm young like you and fortunately my impant is well hidden especially after my last revision).
I can still have sex just with the implant since as I said my glans is a bit engorged but less than before and not rigid. It would be great to have a big hard glans like before but maybe it's just not possible without a ring. I know that an option may be trimix gel or vitaros but i don't like to put that into my urethra. I don't know if a VED may also help as a therapy to help glans with time.

Ehy LeRoast, are you born with that venous leak? Is the issue in the veins or in the tunica albuginea (for example, a venous leak caused by fibrosis)

Ehy Steve, last time we chatted you said that with the Titan implant by Eid the glans was more engorged, and more "full". Did the situation get back to Antonini's implant period?

I can confirm you that glans is now a bit more engorged compared to my previous implant but still not hard and full. As I said it will not be a real issue, but somehow I miss my full hard glans that i had before implants (even if I had venous leak I had it hard and full).

Yeah, i feel you bro. Unfortunately, since glans function is to give more sensitivity to the whole penis, losing its engorgement is a huge loss for a man. I sincerely hope that, will time, it will get better. Did you talk with Eid about this topic?

Let us know if you find the cause of your VL.. So you dont have fibrosis, right? You made an ultrasound?
