Implant 11/15/12

Postby gregorbehr » Wed Nov 14, 2012 11:36 am

I just typed a long and witty posting about my surgery tomorrow, went to post it and.... yes, I had timed out and it went POOF!

So in a nutshell, surgery 11/15, 7:30am
LGX is the planned unit, going scrotal method.
My doc, his officemate and AMS Rep, so with 3 points of view, I'm hoping for a good fitting.

Staying overnight, bring on the antibiotics and good pain meds!

Will post pics over the weekend.

Hate the bloody time out thing. Grrrr!!!!

Diabetic: used pills & injections.
2 TURP surgeries caused Peyronie's. 1st implant lost to infection, 2nd one is about 5 years old. But "floppy head" due to all the scar tissue, couldn't get tips all the way up.

Good Luck and hard times ahead!

I was implanted with AMS700LGX. Surgery was longer than expected, but I believe it will be well worth it.

Again, good luck

Greg !!

Best of luck with your surgery. We look forward to following your progress, post-operatively. Stay ahead of the pain by taking those meds. on time. And, remember to try to be patient, allowing yourself the necessary healing time, so to be successful.

Wishing you " Hard Times" in your future.
