I finally got myself prepared and got the actual size of my implant it's a Titan Genesis 22cm with 3 RTE just wanting to know if somebody's out there like this how many pumps to erect your penis?
I've had a few minor issues but we got them worked out. And the cylinders on each side are they supposed to be even across the glands mine on the right is a bit shorter than the one on the left.
How many pumps for you implant?

Re: How many pumps for you implant?
Larry, I can't answer these specific questions because I don't have a Titan, but you said you got your issue sorted - Did you get the issue with your bulb going flat solved or only get an answer to why it was happening? If the flat bulb is still happening, did the doctor give you a game plan to fix it?

Re: How many pumps for you implant?
Actually I was told to release the pump a few times and then re pump a few times and eventually it worked out. We did discover my right cylinder is a little short I don't know what occurs after that

Re: How many pumps for you implant?
How many pumps is a difficult one. Simply because one pump to Mr. X might be very different from one pump for Mr. Y.
The Titan pump has a volume of about 2.5 cc. That is the maximum saline which can be transferred in one pump motion.
I guess you could calculate your cylinder volume quite accurately.
You have 22 cm cylinders. About 16.5 of thouse are inflatable and the remaining 5.5 are fixed.
Titan diameter is 1.8 cm.
So, one cylinder has 3.14*0.9*0.9*16.5=42 cc.
Two cylinders have 42*2=84 cc volume.
If you would transfer 2.5 cc with each pump, it would require 84/2.5=34 pumps.
And that is probably quite reasonable when you say you do 60.
I actually do around 60 as well to fill my 24 cm Titan.
My volume would be 3.14*0.9*0.9*18.5*2=94 cc.
That would technically with optimum pumping require 38 pumps.
And in my case, I can do about 30 wall-to-wall pumps (which probably still don't transfer 2.5 cc) and then another 30 gradually smaller partial pumps.
So I don't think your numbers sound unreasonable.
The major difference between you and me is that it took me a few years to get to the point where I can do this many pumps.
On the other hand, your can of coke probably didn't need any time to expand, it was just large enough to handle the full capacity of the Titan diameter from the start.
So in my book, your numbers add up.

Welcome to the forum, Larryb8x8.
I highly recommend taking a weekend to review past threads. Very enlightening. You would have found these.

As far as your asymmetry, absent some other reason they should be precisely fitted to your tunica albuginea. Now, if your two tunicas did not extend into your glans equally, I would expect your two implants to extend similarly. Do you recall any such asymmetry before the implant?

Re: How many pumps for you implant?
Thank you for your response. I guess I should appreciate 90 lb for my size. My doctor said that that is normal. Seems like an awful lot of work. I guess I should be grateful with my big boy!
