32 Yr old Nearing Surgery, But I Still Have Questions. Any Answers?

Postby NYSee123 » Sun Mar 08, 2020 2:24 pm

Hello guys,

I am approaching the finish line of my consultation process with Dr. Eid. Going to get my heart checked out and cleared tomorrow. I am still pretty nervous, which I would assume is normal, so excuse me as I ask a few questions- some might sound ridiculous but any answers you can contribute would be great.

Again, I am 32 and have been dealing with ED for about 10 years. Finally took the steps towards fixing my life, but I am super nervous. I am still a bachelor and would like to not have to discuss having an implant with any flings until I am in a committed relationship so my three big concerns are preserving the lifespan of the implant, having amazing sex finally, and making sure it isn’t too detectable.

But here are some questions (forgive the ignorant questions):

1. When flaccid? How is the shape? Abnormal?

2. In a flaccid state, how does the penis feel under the skin? Dr. Eid was gracious enough to introduce me to an implanted patient and I saw the penis pumped up, but I didnt touch it.

3. Are you able to dry hump without damaging?

4. Are there multiple positions/settings of the pump or is it just flaccid (0º) and hard (90º)?

5. If your partner is feeling frisky and decides to perform oral sex while you’re asleep, what will happen?

6. Similar question, if your partner decides to perform oral on your flaccid penis, can you pump inconspicuously while it’s in their mouth?

7. What exactly is “cycling” and how often must you do it?

8. What are the benefits of taking Cialis after being implanted?
32; Suffering from ED since 21. Been on all pills and injections. Considering implant in 2020.

Hey dude. I'm 33, heading towards the implant in the next three years. In the process of saving money... Been dealing with this since 27,after I fractured my penis.

The questions you have are pretty normal, but have you checked out Dr eids website? They are all there. He has plenty of videos on this and also articles on all of the questions you made!

Check out urologicalcare.com and also YouTube. Both Dr Kramer and Dr eid's YouTube channel are filled with great content on this.

But here are some questions (forgive the ignorant questions):

  • When flaccid? How is the shape? Abnormal?
Initially mine is flat but can be moulded and plumps up over a few minutes
    .
  • In a flaccid state, how does the penis feel under the skin? Dr. Eid was gracious enough to introduce me to an implanted patient and I saw the penis pumped up, but I didnt touch it.
The tips behind the glans are hard and remain hard even when deflated but the expansion area is soft, although I can feel it when squeezing my penis. When inflated it feels natural
    .
  • Are you able to dry hump without damaging?
I can masturbate without lube (dry hump?) but pulling on the skin can cause some pain in the skin. I'm just over 4 months so discomfort continues to get better
    .
  • Are there multiple positions/settings of the pump or is it just flaccid (0º) and hard (90º)?
The implant can be fully deflated, fully inflated to maximum, or anywhere in between. It depends on how many pumps you use.
    .
  • If your partner is feeling frisky and decides to perform oral sex while you’re asleep, what will happen?
Unless the partner pumps the implant, nothing happens due to stimulation of oral or other contact. It is possible to orgasm with or without inflation
    .
  • Similar question, if your partner decides to perform oral on your flaccid penis, can you pump inconspicuously while it’s in their mouth?
Pumping requires reaching down to one's scrotum and squeezing what looks like a testicle, not very inconspicuous but possible.
    .
  • What exactly is “cycling” and how often must you do it?
Cycling means pumping up the implant to maximum pressure, holding pressure for a specified time and then deflating completely
    .
  • What are the benefits of taking Cialis after being implanted?
Cialis or other ED medication may be useful after implantation if one's glans and spongiosum (along urethral bulge) doesn't engorge completely. In some cases, the medications can improve blood flow to allow proper engorgement of the head, so long as the issue isn't venous leakage causing non-engorgement

DR Eid performed my surgery on 1/7/20.My advice if you want to take it.Everything will be great, set your mind to have sex for the first
time after one month.
The first time take a couple of Tylenol before sex and do not go creasy like I did go slow.
I do not think Cialis does nothing check my last post.
Just relax and you will be a member of this club.
