Someone mentioned they hated the David Archey separate pouch underwear. David Archey makes many different styles underwear. I recommended David Archey after implant because the are bamboo and feel like silk. I bought the bikini style which has a larger pouch for my new junk. I had an RP and need to use a drip light day pad. The larger pouch provides room for the added pad and the larger flaccid. The separate pouch for your penis might be nice if you are a expositionist.

The sepretech brand with the penis hole helps to keep my titan impaled flaccid penis somewhat under control. But after a few washings the boxer start to shrink.

FYI, David Archy and Separatec are designed and manufactured by the same company. David Archy and Separatec are both available in two pocket underwear but David Archy has other types as well (one pouch).
