About a week or so ago my swelling apparently subsided enough that my very prominent left testicle descended again, only to find it now has a roommate (squatter) occupying its home. It's nextdoor neighbor (right testicle) is happy with the new neighbor but Mr. Left Testicle has been having regular arguments with its new roommate since it moved back in!
My left testicle is about 2.5-3.0 times bigger than my right right one and it's now sharing its home with a pump that's one half to two thirds it's size.
How long before pump and testicle should start to coexist?

About 30+ years ago, I had a similar condition: One testicle much larger than the other.
It was just excess water and I had it drained. I've never had a recurrence of this condition.
If this is your condition, having the large testicle drained may make room for your new 3-some.

Health is very good. ED began from venous leakage (2003).
Used Cialis (2003-2017), penile injections (2018-2019), 4 implants (2020-2021), now have an AMS 700 installed.

I had surgery 12/13. My right testical is back to normal. My left looks like it’s going to explode, have started warm sits bath 2-3 times daily. I had 2 prior implant surgeries but did not have this type scrotal swelling ( kinda concerned) sent Dr pics he says warm compress. Anyone have any suggestions to reduce swelling. Thanks. Wade

60 Very short period of ED,18 cm AMS cx 9/24/2018 Severe fibrosis , peyroines etc. second surgery 2/6/2019 to finish repairs from the first . Third surgery 12/13/2019 3 1/2 hour revision 16 cm titan so far so good. DR Wang Houston Texas
