My pump actually turned on me and faced straight out. While I was not real swollen in my sac, it was still full of sme type of tissue. I ended up trying to press on the side instead of the button side. No problem pressing it though at that time. I just was not pushing button. Doctor showed me problem. Now no problem at all although i am month 9.

Titan otr. If confused I would say try to orient pump and if no luck pushing one side try moving 90 degrees and go hopefully it is pointing left righ or straight out like mine.

I actually like the button straight out. Use it with either hand very easy. Push, dick goes down, if I want I can squeeze it for more but pretty much empties.
