Size I can see. If you were/are bigger, from what I have read on here, you will eventually get it all back with the cycling.
As for your balls...nope, need frontal pics, as well lower side pics, if you can. For the frontal pics, lift your dick up and then take pics.

AMS or Titan? How long have you been cycling...this is for the curvature I see. Sorry dude, can't tell much from pic. Have you spoken to Dr. about issue?

Titan, I don't have peronyes, nor curvature. It has to be a visual effect.

I have speak with Dr and he says everything will improve. But my Dr don't talk much. I am cycling about one month, with one week without cycling because the problem I had with the pump.

Aside from the week you mentioned, have you been cycling everyday for at least 30 minutes, regardless if you 'use' it or not?
From what I have read on board, you just have to let this ride for a while and it should settle out.

My cycling routine has been a kind of irregular. At the begining, before the valve failure, I cycled twice a day, 15 minutes each time, pumped just to the point disconfort appeared. After the valve failure, I resumed this way of cycling, having in mind that this point of disconfort now was pressent at 17th pump (before the failure it was at 20th). This lasted another half week, when I saw the doctor and told me to begin more agressive cycling.

Since then (two weeks tomorrow) my cycling is at follows:

Once a day, pumped to the first sign of disconfort (maybe 19th) and keep that for one hour at least, and not more than 2 hours. It is the only way I can stand inflated for one hour. If I pump more, after 30 minutes pain becomes unbearable.

Twice (sometimes 3 times) a day: pump to the point of pain, one or two pumps more, stay 10-15 minutes, pump 3-4 times more (tremendous pain) and inmediate deflation.

I have listen Dr Perito say that cycling to the point of pain for 10 minutes twice a week is enough to expand tissues and gain size. I am doing a little bit more than that, and also, follow the recomendation of one hour a day my Dr told me. The thing is I can not bear one hour if pumped more than 19-20 times.

It is difficult for me to see any problem from these two photos. In order to compare one side of your penis to the other the photos should be taken from the same angle. One of these is from farther forward than the other. If you want to show a side to side difference a photo looking down from the top may capture it better.

Your balls are too dark here to detect what you are takin if about. As was already mentioned, you can lift your penis out of the way so light hits that area better. Or if the problem is visible when you are paring down, there wouldn’t be as much shadowing.

I don't know if this might help you but it did for me. I did have Peyronie's prior to surgery, for about 20-24 years. I noticed a few days ago when I cycled up in the morning that I had an up-turn in the distal 2/5th of the shaft (about 2" from tip). I was pumped to max when I noticed this. I did what the doctors do frequently when the penis isn't totally straight: I bent against the bend I saw. There was a faint click, apparently the cylinders resetting in the corpora. I was able to get another fraction of a pump, then I flexed it again with another slightly fainter click. One more fractional squeeze and it was at MAX inflation and was straight as an arrow.

You might want to consult your urologist before attempting this as it may be frowned upon by some. Also, I understand you have intense pain when pumped and while deflating so this might not be possible for you without inflicting more pain than you could stand.
