If a Titan is 21mm in diameter then what would be your girth. 21mm x 2. Sorry math wasn't my favorite class.

I don’t believe there is a set answer. If you go into the surgery with a really thick shaft and another guy goes in with average girth, I expect you go out with a thicker dick than he has. The penis is made up of different components and the cylinders are just a part of what creates girth.
I am 64 and had ED from a VL. Implanted by Dr. Ronald Anglade in Atlanta on 9/18/17. I have an AMS700LGX 21 cm via a Penoscrotal incision. Very happy with results. 6" soft and 6 3/4” x 5 5/8” hard.

Very true Greg, Those other components do not enlarge because of nerve damage from the RP surgery, so I am skinnier.
