And yes, almost every people complains about a lose in lengh, but almost everybody stats that after a year or two, by cycling, they have recover almost all the size before the implant.
I understand that changing languages is difficult. Especially when conversing in technical subjects. I'll be happy to try again. Let's start with this.
Please be aware that most members have their surgeries done in North America. If you go to YouTube & search for videos of Dr. Kramer. It shows how he measures for the implant length. The video is disturbing. The measuring tool is inserted very forcefully. This assures the doctor gets the longest measurement possible. In America this method is called "aggressive sizing". Please remember that most members on this forum have been implanted using this method.
Did your doctor ever tell you how he sized you? Did he use a word in your language that means something like aggressive?
Does he read or write English or did he study under a fellow doctor that does? Most technical journals are published in English first. Other common languages later. Some languages never get translated. He might be using sizing methods that are old, before the aggressive sizing method was developed.
Did he seem to truly care about you getting a penis of your original size?
These are some of the things that you need to know before you can decide what your final results might be. I hope that this information helps you.
