Regaining Size

Postby Bionic Bob » Sun Sep 29, 2019 2:08 pm

Had a Ams 700lgx installed on 8/23 thru the peno-scrotal method. In spite of using the ved pump 6 weeks prior I came out of surgery and inch and a half shorter than I went in an two inches shorter than pre-Peyronies disease. I know it takes time and I've been pumping since day 5 but my question is; to regain size must you pump it all the way to discomfort or can you pump it to where it's comfortable and achieve the same result? Also, for three weeks after surgery I had complete numbness the the whole shaft and glans, and I mean you could have beat it with a hammer and I wouldn't have felt it. Since then I have feeling half way up on the right side of the shaft, all the way up to the glans on the dorsal of the shaft but still total numbness on the left side the entire underside of the shaft and the glans are still dead too. My surgeon at the University of Kentucky swears that all will return and that it just takes awhile. Any advice from FrankTalk's Bionic Vetrens would be appreciated.

I can tell you my personal experience on regaining size, but I did not have the issue with numbness so I can not help you with that.

My penis size most of my life was 6.5”. Following Prostatectomy surgery it was down to 5” and with onset of Peyronies it was down to 4.5”. After my implant surgery my doc said he was able to scrape out the plaque and ended up using larger size cylinders that he had figured would work with my anatomy.

When I measured the first time after implant surgery it was 4.5”. Even though it was only partially pumped, it kept that size for about a month and a half. My feeling is our penises go through so much trauma during this surgery it takes quite a while to heal and relax.

After those first six weeks were behind me I started to see change and over the first 6 months my size returned to the 6.5” length I had seen for years. I started twice a day cycling at week 4 and have continued ever since. I am not sure I will gain anything more, and I am
Thrilled to be back to my real size, but I have nothing to lose doing it.

From what I learned you do need to pump up to the point of some pain. The way the potential growth can happen is by stretching the penis and that is what the pain is.
I am 64 and had ED from a VL. Implanted by Dr. Ronald Anglade in Atlanta on 9/18/17. I have an AMS700LGX 21 cm via a Penoscrotal incision. Very happy with results. 6" soft and 6 3/4” x 5 5/8” hard.

That helps, thank you sir. It seems after I deflate and after being inflated to where it's real uncomfortable my shaft takes on a blue hue. A couple of weeks ago it turned a deep blue purple on the shaft which took 5 days and some bruise cream to go away. Doc said no inflation for a week that I didn't leave time for healing. Been pumping ever since but don't seem to be growing.

Thank you Sir! Does that go for the numbness too?
