Proper way to use a VED

I bought a VED of the internet about a week ago. Starting pumping and holding erection for 3 minutes. I give one minute rest and repeat again for 5 sets. When I am done I massage my penis for about 3 minutes using aloe vera lotion. My penis has blood spots all over it and I not over pumping. Can someone give me any advise

I think the blood spots mean that you are over pumping.

GT 1956, with the information he has, has drawn a good conclusion.

More information would help.

When you pump up, is your penis significantly larger (length or girth) than when you have/had a naturally induced erection by whatever means still works for you, or used to have?

You might also try reading through the "Pumps" forum- lots of Q&A and discussion there.
56. RARP for prostate cancer in Feb. 17, then no-go with pills, injections, vacuum, so here I am. Titan 20cm by Dr. Eid on 8/6/19, cycling on Day 4, stitches out Day 14, sex with a grateful wife on Day 20. And 21, 22, 23, etc.
