If I need an implant I will want an inflatable one. A malleable one would be good if there is a problem with dexterity to control an inflatable, or if implanting a reservoir is impossible due to other surgeries and scarring.

Otherwise I don’t see the benefit of the malleable implant.

I have a inflatable one and my problem is concealment, I have tubes going everywhere, a pump in front of my balls that looks like a dick, if this one has a good rigidity for penetration and a more natural look, than I can handle having a 24/7 boner and lose in girth

Since you are considering surgery, have you considered a revision of what you already have for better pump and tubing location?

Already have, I’m a slender build and the area from pelvic to implant is thin so the tubes will most likely still be coming out the side(told by three surgeons already), on the pump options laid out to me on future revisions are to get balls stitched so they are always in front of pump and or try to place it somewhere else and hope it doesn’t go back. But they also say at my length and girth I won’t be happy with the old malleable and they don’t have experience with this one yet. But I like my balls played with and I’m young The IPP has been nothing but a negative experience so far.
