LGX expands up tp 20% so it can be installed a little short and will fill out to the proper size with cycling. I think it expands both ways up to your natural cavity size. Over sizing is a real problem and causes erosion. Surgery to fix. I think less experienced surgeons would lean to this one. Less chance of a redo. CX does not expand but is used more for Peyronies. I don't know why. Looks like Titan would be the choice for that, but there may be scar tissue and not room for the larger diameter Titan.
Both are softer material and more natural flaccid and are smaller diameter (girth). than Titan. Titan has thicker material and has more girth before installed than AMS. Some times folds and kinks when flaccid. Has more bending resistance when hard. My experience is with an LGX and after a year it still gives me pain if I MAX pump. It is trying to stretch my dick out past where its natural size was. It can get hard as a spike but is painful to do that.
