rj1000, bent straw is a very good description. I did not know the silicone B.S. brand kinked like that but Coloplast is well known to. I do know over time, the Coloplast kinks less and if you put in a pump or two until it does, that will smooth the kinks out. d
LGX 21cm .Milam 01/13/16. Horror; both service and surgical outcome. hated infrapubic installation. Kramer revision 03/01/17. 22cm Titan +1.5cm extender. Those who think their opinion is the only one that matters are a danger to themselves and others.

OR, if you are able, just get the other brand and be done with it. :)

this is typical to have a crease --- I have the same thing. The stiffer stronger cylinders mean that the material is firmer and will crease. This is most obvious on Titan, but apparently also with AMS CX. Be glad that you got the rigid CX cylinder

This likely will loosen up over the next year -- but it is the way it is. Really, not a problem for me; I would just tell people it is a "really big vein" which will support your "really hard erection"

(63 yo, Titan 22cm implant Feb 2017 by Dr Eid) I'm super pleased with my length/girth/implant performance. See my story at "The road to becoming a bionic male: Answers ..."

Indeed the AMS CX cylinder is supposed to be stiffer, so this could be contributing to the crease. My penis also hangs around 30 degrees to the left which puts extra pressure on the right cylinder.

Since I am still only 3 months post-op hopefully over time my penis will lengthen some more and correct both problems. That would be nice but also perhaps wishful thinking!
Age 66. ED caused by Peyronie's with hourglass deformity 2016. Prostate Surgery 2017 and now cancer free. Implanted Jan/2019 by Dr. Kramer. AMS-700-CX (21.0 cm with 0.5 RTE).
