lumpiness in my penis

Can not exactly say what is going on. Seems like the Casanova is getting hard. Or am I just more aware of the feel of my penis. Feel hard and lumpy spots. Been feeling it for 70 years but since injections it is different. Curving slightly to right now. Never noticed a right curve before. Injecting 25 units every 4 days or so.

I would lay off the injections until you see your doctor...after injecting for a year or so I developed 2 "nodules" in my penis. I had to stop injections, get some treatment ( which included pumping) for about 1 year until it resolved itself. That was about 3 years ago and I have been injecting again about 1-2 times per week with no issues...GET Examined by your Doc..
