Double Amen....I find now after I inject and I feel my penis swelling..that alone gets my brain-body connection going and I find myself real horny...Knowing Trimix is giving me the erection I need relaxes me...and when I get relaxed I get horny...The mind-body connection is a 2 way street. I remember being younger, married and not being in the mood ( tired or stressed out from work) but sometimes my then wife was...all she had to do was start touching my penis and the physical stimulation put me in the mood...God Bless the guy who discovered Trimix..

I have been using trimix for awhile and it does not seem to get as hard as I want it to. I do not want to suffer from Priapism so I am wondering, if I inject more will it give me a harder erection of will it last longer than 4 hours?

Well, you won't know unless you try it. How long are your erections lasting on the current dose? If the duration isn't already near maximum I'd say it's worth a try but increase in small steps only. Following your doctors advice is key so ask him/her if you can.

Another option is to add a cock ring or two to the mix. I wouldn't use the tight medical grade constriction rings but try a few of the novelty rings. They are relatively cheap so you can experiment. I can't recommend a specific ring as which one that works for you will depend on you own anatomy. I use the Lyps brand three ring set. They perk me up enough so that I can ease off on the amount of the juice I use thereby avoiding any alprostadil associated ache or excessive duration.

This may be TMI: My wife likes the rings. I wear a big one behind the boys and a small one around the boys. She likes the boys packaged for play. Sorry if TMI.

I think once i've injected it's fantastic from there on in. Literally no worries whatsoever re having/keeping an erection and after some early fears around priapism i am finding my erection starts to go away at the 3 to 3.5 hour mark and stays fullish but flaccid for a good 1-2 hours thereafter. It's just getting used to the idea of having to get home before i can feel and act turned on. I think dating versus marriage are probably two very different scenarios on injections.

I know I break the rules when I do this but every once in a while, I take a half dose of cialis in the morning, and then later when my wife and I are about to make love, inject 80% of my Trimix dosage. I show up in the bed with a good erection, not yet rock hard, which neither of us seems to mind. Later, as we are having intercourse, the cialis kicks in and I engorge more, making my climax even better. I certainly miss the natural erection days before my ED but I have to say (as I've written before on FT) my erections in my youth and middle age were never this good or long lasting. I am a satisfied customer.
