I have been reading a lot and assum as pills do nothing for me injections are next step. What i wonder is the different types. Bi. Tri. Quad. Etc all seem to have a very short shelf life and require refrigeration. My problem will be as i live in the philippines even with a script how to get it there any ideas?

next day air. Mine came in a small (4x6x6) styrofoam cooler with an ice pack inside.

I dont want to sound stupid but i am flying blind i was reading one member is using defy i looked it up not sure i found the place so even from the philippines a company will deliver i just need a doctor to give me a script? Pills dont work 4 me and the headace and sore muscles is a bummer injections seem the next stsp i have an appointment with a doctor here in phoenix but no through insurance so this could be costly he want 300 just to talk about it

You need to see a urologist, one that specializes in ED issues. Go from there. Be open and discuss your situation.

I am in the same boat as you. Pills worked at first, then less so and less so, until not at all. I went to a urologist and am starting on injections. So far, so good. Still working out the right dose and formula. It takes time.

I have used Empower Pharmacy. They ship unreconstituted trimix. You add the water. Until the water is added, refrigeration is not necessary. Perhaps they will ship to the Philippines.

And the shelf life may not be as short as you think. I have used trimix that was not refrigerated for a week and it worked as well as always. Two weeks unrefrigerated and it is noticeably weaker.

Once i get to the meds part i can ask for dry tri mix?right from the start
