I used injections for several years and in many ways it can be a very helpful strategy. But, I think that nothing spoils a romantic moment more than pulling out a needle and vial for injecting. No magic there! It made everything seem very clinical.

I found that with the right dose, I could be erect for about three hours. This was plenty of time to enjoy the prelude, main event and grand finale. So I preferred to inject first and then let things happen. It just felt more natural that way.

Best of luck on your adventure.

I always inject before my wife and I begin foreplay. Learning how much to inject is key. Having a full erection is a combination of Trimix and normal stimulation. I had a prostectomy and I can have a partial erection without the injection but not enough for vaginal penetration. We've developed a routine after several months. It's important to
Remember it's an adjustment for your wife as well.

My wife has pretty much lost all interest in sex although we remain deeply in love. She's very low drive, I'm high drive. As a result our infrequent sessions are fairly mechanical, so it really doesn't matter when I inject. I usually inject enough to last a couple hours once we have agreed to "do it." One round is enough for her and I usually go for for seconds in my home office using the Fleshlight, a male masturbator.

I realize that doesn't sound all that exciting (although the Fleshlight is great!) but I share it because many of us are in the same boat. We wish we could still have hot, passionate sex at home, but life doesn't treat everybody the same. Also you don't quit loving a wife of 35 years just because her desire for sex has evaporated.

All we can do is make the best of what we have.
I've tried everything -- pills, injections pumps -- and now I am at the final frontier.

one thing i loved about viagra when it worked for me was being able to take say 50mg in a bar, restaurant or wherever you happened to be in anticipation of possible sex later on. i often get physically intimate with dates in public, and sporting a boner is a lot of fun and self-fulfilling in terms of getting sex that night. foreplay begins well before getting home and it's a downer not being able to 'respond' till you get home. has anyone actually taken an injection in a bar or restaurant etc?
42yr, ED from mid 20s. Currently trailing Invicorp. Single dose of 0.35 ml contains 25 mcg Aviptadil and 2mg Phentolamine. First injection gave 4 hour erection with half standard dose placing me at risk of priapism. Help!

I always inject before. Stopping in the middle to inject would just ruin the mood for me.

After an injection it takes me about 15 to 20 minutes to get fully hard. And since I stay hard for so long (1 to 2 hours), there is still more time for foreplay than I could possibly want.
75 yo, trimix user for 10 years, over 1000 injections. Started trimix when viagra no longer worked well. Very little pain, totally reliable, rock hard for a couple of hours. Fabulous sex.
