Caverject vs Bi-Mix

I am currently using Caverject (alprostadil). Whether I use 10 mpg or 20 mag, I always get a lot aches. I've read that Bi-Mix (Papaverine & Phentolamine) can reduce dramatically the aches and pain. However, I assume that it's also probably not as strong.

Anybody had success with Bi-Mix?

Ech,

I have used BiMix by itself (ok and of course no ache) and PGE-1 by itself (some ache) and also have just combined my PGE-1 with Bimix in one shot (by drawing some from both vials (good with less ache .. and i think lasts longer). The only issue I had with BiMix is it costs more so I just use PGE-1 right now and put up with some ache.

Send me a PM if you are interested in BiMix (assuming you are in the U.S.).

Oh also, in other posts you mentioned having Venous leak that even PGE-1 has a tough time keeping erections.
You should know that BiMix will not be any better at that than PGE-1 (but you will have less or no ache and I suppose you can try using more BiMix .. or a combo of both).

I thought I had my dose dialed in. I had sever ache with 20 units of trimix from the pge1. I tried just 4 units of trimix and 36 units of bi mix. Ache was minor. Today I used the same dose and the pain was back to unenjoyable when put to use.. Going back to just using more and more bi mix, 30 -1 I guess.

How much difference is bi mix 30-2 or 30-3 from 30-1? Hate injecting large amounts.

I assumed BiMix also needs to be refrigerated?

Bimix can be just stored in a cool place -- does not have to be in a refrigerator but certainly use one if you can.

Also it does not have to be shipped as refrigerated -- although I think Pharmacies will ship it that way.
