So my trimix is set to arrive on Tuesday in mail from defy medical. They said to begin at 5 units and I've watched and read all tutorials on how to inject etc. I have also bought pseudoephedrine as a precaution (I would certainly hope 5 units wouldn't cause an issue) is is good advice to just try 5 then adjust accordingly? I will of course be trying on my own first. My hope is to temporarily use to help conceive and shed the performance anxiety/psychogenic ed.

I can't give you medical advice; I can only share my experiences and observations. My doc started me out at 30 units and did the first injection himself (for training purposes) while in the office. I concluded pretty quickly that 30 units was WAY too high, so I cut back to 15, then 10, and ended up using (plus or minus) 3 or 5 units. I've been injecting successfully for a good while and I've figured out that I can vary the dosage depending on what kind of workout I'm hoping for. So, in general, I'd agree that 5 units is a good place to start. If that gives you only a 15 minute erection, I'd move on up to 10 and see what happens. Hope that helps.

I used 1/2 of the dose I was directed, I had a 24 hour erection. All kinds of bad shit happened from there. I'd use like a quarter dose, and don't fall asleep until it goes back down.

All above advice is solid.... But Oldbeek makes a solid point here.. Since your ED is non Organic and between your ears lies the problem.. I'd start even lower than the Suggested 5 units .. I only say this because my ED is also between my ears and I inject 10 units with a less potent Trimix that what I believe you are getting from Defy .. I can drop down to as low as 8 units and still be locked up with a 2.5 hr erection.. 10 units 8 units 2.5hrs anything lower I need physical stimulation from my girl to work... I'm no Dr and this is just my 2 cents but I'd start lower .. try approximately 2.5 units with no pressure to perform.. See what results you get ... Keep a notebook write everything down such as units injected , time of injection, side of injection, time to erection, duration of and firmness.. So on so forth.. If say 2.5 units doesn't impress enough , shoot 5 units next time.. Last thing u want to do is get locked up over 4/5 hrs and panic not a good first experience.. Im taking a shot in dark here because I've been following your posts but I'd be willing to bet 2.5 units will give u decent enough results for a first run at it.. Like everyone says , Start low and move up slowly.. No rush brother , No rush.. You are going to love Trimix if u take your time with it.... Keep us posted!

Please create a signature. It makes things much easier to answer your questions without asking a lot of questions. Here's how you do it Click on your name in the top right corner and select "user control panel"

Then under the big letters "User Control Panel" there is a row of words... select "Profile" Then down the left had side of the "User Control Panel" select "Edit Signature" (You might have Create Signature or something. I don't know exactly what you'll get because I already have a signature to edit)

Most guys put something like what I have, but you can put whatever you want. Here is mine: "AMS 700 (18 + 2 rte's). Implanted March 30, 2017 by Dr. Brock of London, Ont, CANADA. Great surgeon. What potency of Trimix did Defy prescribe ? I believe they use Empower Pharmacy and think there standard is 10/30/1 ...

Yes they use empower - when I get it later today I will let people know the strength so they can better give me an idea on the appropriate strength to start. Thanks!
