Need Help. Nothing works

Im new here & this is my 1st post. Open to any advice or instructions. I can't get anything to work for erection.
Before prostetcomy, I could masturbate with no drugs but needed viagra or cialis to have sex. Marathon sex. Now, pills just seem to supply a lil blood but completely limp.
Tried trimix 2units after surgery in Apr. Had fun sex for a couple hours but the poor girl had to take me to ER. Amazingly scary how great pleasure can turn to great pain. I've learned; have Sudafed now.
Anyway, I have tried Trimix about 15 times since. Worked only twice more. When it works; awesome. I could poke holes in my walls if i wanted to, figuratively. Otherwise, No luck. Tried measurements from 0.2 to 0.5 as well as multiple attempts in one session. Trimix stays in freezer. Tried 3oclock, 2oclock, 9 and 10....near base, midline, No luck. The drug is doing something because my dick gets swollen and deformed, but not erect. ...very puffy but useless for sex. Lady friend says my dick gets very heavy. Cool, but not enough for me.
Tried 5/16 inch as well as 1/2 needle. To inject, I go in slow. I cant tell where Im physically at inside my dick like most guys can. I dont have the guts to aspirate...i wanna poke and quit. I bleed twice.
VED hurts and doesn't get me fully erection. As soon as VED is removed...quick deflation.
Finally, last week got Autoject El. No more pain! Anyway, set for 5/16 inch. Just puffy. Tried measurements from 0.2 to 0.4. Did repeated attempts again but dick just gets super puffy and sore for days after. Getting desperate. I can get off by masturbating but thats it. My lady friend has been very very kind and patient. I wanna poke her again. She deserves it. I dont mind eating pussy but, you know....
Any advice?

I'm almost certain that it is your technique. When your penis is only swollen and "deformed" to one side it means you injected into the hard connective tissue of tunica not into the cavernosa.
Make sure you penetrate all the way.
Make sure you keep the needle in for a few seconds when using Autject, because it take a while for it to inject.
You don't have to run to the ER after two hours unles the pain is severe, your penis is getting cold and purple. Many here had 3-4 hour erections.
Keep trying: it's probably your technique.

As mentioned ... maybe you are not injecting in the CC?

Also a very slim cause due to your "Trimix stays in freezer". Take a very close look at the vial (holding up to strong light) ..shaking it a little to see if there are any crystals floating around in there. If there are it means your Trimix is now greatly reduced in potency until the crystals are dissolved back. Might explain the ache too.

Also if just not getting inside the CC, make sure you are really plumping up. It gives a better target and less softness which might cause the CC to 'give' instead of allowing the needle to pierce. Do a search for 'plump' and read a few posts.

Finally, you are incorrectly listing your shots as .2 units.... i assume that is 20 units (or .2 ml ) . Please go back and edit your original post for accuracy for future references... thanks. (Maybe list your prescription values if you know it also).

Please create a signature. It makes things much easier to answer your questions without asking a lot of questions. Here's how you do it
Click on your name in the top right corner and select "user control panel"

Then under the big letters "User Control Panel" there is a row of words... select "Profile"

Then down the left had side of the "User Control Panel" select "Edit Signature" (You might have Create Signature or something. I don't know exactly what you'll get because I already have a signature to edit)

Most guys put something like what I have, but you can put whatever you want. Here is mine -

Thank you guys. My lady friend watched several Trimix videos and tried some different things on my dick:

-Trimix stays in freezer -make sure to give time to thaw out. She rolled the vial over and over between her hands.
-I hold my dick, but dont stretch it
-Using Autojet, she went in at 2'oclock at angle more downward (I most tried horizontal 3'o clock)
-Used 1/2 inch needle (I'm not sure but it may or may not be too long. After sex we found blood on bed. I thought she was on period but she checked herself . Nope, blood stain on sheet must've been from me)
-Allow medicine to fully eject until needle empty...hold needle in place after inject for a few
-It worked. After we had sex, she gave me a high-five. Finally. She my sex nurse.

I hope we can be consistent now. I've failed on so many attempts in past. Your guys were correct. I was doing something wrong before.

Im the OP and Im back again with bad news. Nothing is working again. We tried the steps I noted above..when we were successful. But no go. Tried once on left and once on right. Even tried with 2 units (was previously successful with 1 unit of same vial). There was blood on dick. Not appealing. Any more tips, ideas?
