First PGE1 injection at office - 2nd dosage advice

Hello,

Friday am I had my first shot at the uro.
I was prescribed PGE1 20mcg/ml. He started at .40 which is actually (8 mcg). Right?

I had a reaction, but no lift off. Meaning it got fuller, not close to intercourse erection. It lasted for 10-15 mins (guessing). It was gone before I left the room.
He said in 24 hrs I could move up .10 to .50 (10 mcg)
I asked him since I was not close to full erection should I go up .20 to .60 (12 mcg)
He said that would probably be fine. He said it would have better effect at home instead of office room. I know he probably wants the erection to last no more than 30 mins which is fine with me, but I have to get there first.

What is your opinion on moving to .60 injection? Given my response at .40, will an extra .10 do much at this strength to do 2nd dose at .50?
Searching this site I am not finding a lot of experiences using PGE1 alone. Most people are using a trimix.

Sounds like weak formula. Should be 100 mcg/ml...so injecting 20 units = 20mcg. You shouldn't need to inject a larger VOLUME of 40 units which only gets you 8mcg! I that doesn't work..go to trimix.

Go slow, you'll see how it goes. One-two tries means nothing, this treatment is not "exact science"

My experience is with Trimix only, but notching the dosage up (or down) is certainly an accepted protocol. I wouldn't hesitate to notch up more aggressively at first until you find the "Cinderalla" zone. Generally speaking, the worst that can happen is that you have a glorious, throbbing, extended erection that may require a warm soak and/or a dose of Sudafed or generic equivalent. You might also find that visual stimulation such as you might find on adult web sites to be beneficial. All the best. Here's to hard times.

Yes, I know going slow is best, but I would like to prick myself less as possible to find dose to allow good times.
This seems to be a low strength compared to other mixes. I'm sure moving up .20 from first dose with PGE1 20mcg is not like moving up .20 on a trimix.
Being new to all this I do not want to have 3 hr erection, and get scared. We are going on a trip this coming weekend, and I would like to have success.

We did not have any alone time yesterday to try the .50 injection. Hopefully tonight will be better. If not I will do it later tonight by myself. I think .60 would have been better, but .50 is loaded in fridge.
Plan is to inject tonight, then Tuesday night. Hopefully, after Tuesday I will know what is needed for a great Friday night.

bldoink, how many does did you do from 10 to 20? Is that number delivered 20mcg?

antelope, that is what I was thinking. This is weak strength, and if I did use just a little too much I do not think it would send me to hospital. I almost would like to use dose that worked great then back down. This would just assure me that it will work for me. However, I am the cautious type.

Hunchback, I know sound advice. I have 2 possible injection times before we start vacation on Friday.

Thanks for all the advice. This forum has a lot of knowledge. I think I read that the average person ends up at around 20mcg of PGE1.

yes, your post was most helpful. If jumping from 10 to 20 mcg did that to you I will go slow.
Like I said I will do 10 tonight. How much was left in syringe doing 20?
Maybe 12-15 may be my range, who knows. I do not want an experience like you going straight to 20 mcg
I have 2 injections planned before this weekend trip. I want to be ready, and not be disappointed.
