Need custom formula

I started with bimix and then a low dose trimix and now completed trying up to 1 ml (100 units) of the following:
PGE1- 44
Phentolamine - .55
Paparervine - 16
All of the above have been ineffective and only producing about a 50% erection which is useless (slightly better than limp) My urologist acknowledges that he's not real familiar with injections to suggest the next step so he and the compound pharmacist that I use have agreed to let me select a custom formula of my choosing.

WHAT WOULD YOU RECOMMEND

After a couple dozen injections and almost $400 in meds plus the 150 mile round trips to the pharmacist I 'm really frustrated ! Want something that will do the job . Please help !

Thanks for the suggestion but I already tried constriction at base with no luck. I've also tried message plus made sure I was injecting myself correctly (10 or 3 o clock position, 1/2 inch needle)

I'm pretty convinced that I need a stronger formula, especially as far as the PGE1 goes so that's where some good advice about what others use would be helpful. .
