Increasing the strength of my Tri-mix

Tri Mix
PGE1/Phentolamine/Papaverine
5mcg-0.5mg-15mg/ml
This is where my Urologist started me.Get about 9.5 erection out of 10,but only last about 15-20 minutes.Would like to get a 10 erection and last about an hour.Any suggestions on my next mix?
71 yrs.old married,ED for 7 yrs.Pills for 3 yrs,TriMix for 21/2 yrs.6 1/2 inches flacid,71/4 inches erect,6 inches girth.Coloplast Titan put in 11/13/20,Dr.Bozeman,Arkansas Urology,Little Rock.22cm + 2 RTE.

That's 50% of standard formula....10/1/30. So get that next using same units.
