I'm a week off of Wellbutrin. Still no libido. But I am feeling more clear headed. No withdrawal symptom at all. I went to half a dose for 2 week, I think this helped out immensely.

Did we
Butrin help your sex drive? Im taking it right now but it does nothing for sex drive ..in fact it worsens my ED so I'll have to get off. I think..

I have heard Wellbutrin helps your sex drive but it doesn't do that for me. Neither does it hurt it. I am very sensitive to the sexual side effects of antidepressants and Wellbutrin and Abilify are the only two that do not impact me negatively.

Yohimbine has gone by the wayside since Viagra, Cialis and Levitra have come on the scene, so the only way to get it is to purchase it herbally and you can get Primaforce Yohimbine HCL on Amazon.

I currently cut one 250 mg capsule in half and take it 45 minutes before sex.

Many years ago as a teenager, I found my dad's secret bottle of Yohimbine. I took some, but didn't notice anything. I can still kind of remember the taste being almost like eating a piece of wood.
Now I have Primaforce from Amazon, and it does nothing for me. I see or feel no effect. I have seriously thought it might be junk. I have even taken beyond the recommended dose and still feel no difference. Am I using it wrong?

To respond to the poster's question about anti-depressant's effect on the effectiveness of Trimix, from what I read on this forum several times is that Trimix is a very localized med that only affects your penis, so its effectiveness would not be diminished by anti-depressants, nor possibly other oral meds as well.
But brothers, feel free to check me if I'm wrong.

Antidepressants have the side effect of erectile dysfunction, you'll see it written in the label, so yes it can reduce trimix potency.
45yo, venous leak. Pills increased tinnitus (very rare). Using bimix+atropine, 0.2 of:
Atropine Sulfate: 52MCG/ML, Phentolamine MES: 0.9MG/ML, Papaverine HCL: 26MG/ML

I had used Viagra for 10 years. Which I havent used since using Trimix.

About 3-4 years ago PE (Premature Ejaculation) became a big problem. I couldnt last more than a couple minutes.
My family doctor prescribed SSRI Paroxetine (Paxel) which helped with PE, But I also noticed that I seemed to have weaker erections. So much so that I could only do one position. My wife hated it so much she lost interest in sex.

Three months ago I started using Trimix. Strongest erections I've ever had. My wife has said my erections (now) are normal. What do I know I've never been with another guy!
I also cut back on Paroxetine. And since I cut back on the Paroxetine I've notice three things.
Slight weight loss which I gained since starting Paroxetine.
Stronger erections and have needed to cut back on trimix.
Also I noticed a change in my anxiety/depression.

In short for my well being. Paroxetine helped with PE, but caused weight gain, and weaker erections.
Age: 68. Struggled with ED/PE for years.
Used Viagra for 10+ years with mixed success.
In May 2022 started using Trimix with very good results.
Feb 2023 developed PD

Paroxetine was a libido/erection killer for me as well. I did not realize this for many years, until my pdoc weaned me off of Paroxetine in 2016 (for reasons other than libido). I then experienced a very strong return of libido and erections as a result. Interestingly (as with your post above), I also lost about 20 pounds of weight over the next few months. I did some research at the time and read that discontinuing Paroxetine can cause a loss of food appetite, which was actually good for me as well.

I dont think that's the case, otherwise sudafed wouldnt help to bring down trimix erections. Oral meds can definitely counteract trimix. Trimix's effect is local, but oral meds affect everywhere.
44, ED problems began around age 28 when I was on finasteride for hair loss, and also got circumcised so I lost a lot of sensation. Pills gave me bad headaches and other side effects. Now using trimix 30/1/20. So far so good.
