This is a 1ml syrine and if you look carefully you will see I was at 21 or so units.

no problem Phil. These days have to use 40 units at least to get an erection. Fine hard for me but wife wants me to use at least 60 untis so it gets harder and last longer. Using 60 or more causes my BP to go down.

Colin... Thanks for sharing! It's interesting I never heard of Pentamix before. Did you use this before getting an implant or have other experience with it?
