My trimix is not working like it used too. I suspect veinous leakage, I am currently using 15 units, how much can I safely raise it each time to see if it helps?

I think that's impossible to answer.
I'd just keep increasing by maybe 5 units till I got satisfactory results.

Rode....

Check expiration date ... trimix will lose potency even if it is kept in refrigerator.

What did your urologist recommend ?

I currently use Trimix kept frozen for 6 months after first using and it's still potent. I always keep it frozen after
thawing for use.

Trimix became less effective for me over time. Gradually had to increase dosages from 20 units to 100 units over 2 years. Cialis became less effective and had to start spiking it with Viagra. Levitra worked the best but it quit working too. Some bodies clearly adapt. Filling syringes when you get your meds and only thawing the single dose is the method I used. That way the med did not have to stay in the fridge or go through freeze thaw cycles. Kept my prefilled syringes in a ziplock.

To add to this conversation this is my latest with some notes - doing well with less Trimix (30 versus 70 units)

Trimix (30-2-20)

Papaverine 30
Phentolamine 2 <duration>
Prostaglandin 20 <rigidness> other names Prostaglandin E1, PGE1 Prostaglandin E1 (PGE1)
Rigidness is mostly due to the PGE-1.
Duration is due to the Phento.

I found recently that I did well with less Trimix (30 versus 70 units) with a penis pump + a weaker larger constriction band. Osbon large standard-tension ring (beige-A). I was rigid enough for sex without stress for almost an hour. Other ring combinations were not needed with Trimix and were all very tight and difficult/painful otherwise. Even difficult to remove.

Before this on Trimix alone on a much higher dose 70 units. It still wasn't rigid enough at anytime for intercourse.

This might be a silly qustion but ...

If a Trimix erection lasts four hours but the rigidity lasts less than an hour due to the rapid "decomposition" of the PGE1, can a second injection of a few units of PGE1 alone be taken to improve the rigidity but not longetivity?

Secondly, if trimix is more or less due to the pain of pge1, can the proportion of this drug in your trimix injection be calculated and it be taken alone?

Thanks in advance. I really would not need a long-lasting erection that is not regid ...

Odd question... can a larger penis require more units for the same effect?

I'm fairly large (over 6 inches in circumference when erect), but I have fairly significant ED now. I've tried 8 and 10 units without a lot of success. It has an obvious effect causing swelling, but a rigid erection is still difficult to maintain and quickly goes down without stimulation. I suspect venous leak and have been trying to get diagnosed for 2 years now, but because of my age doctors dismiss it without any investigation. I really don't want to go down the path of getting an implant. :(
