I had several unsuccessful penile injections. I want to know the penile should look like flaccid or a little erect or half erect When I do the injection, ?

I'm almost always limp as a dishsrag. If you're not getting results, perhaps you need to change the formula or maybe you're not hitting the sweet spot. Or maybe you need a higher dosage. My trimix injections give me major wood withn minutes. Any questions, let me know.

Me too. After I inject, I'm hard in about 2 minutes. I would also recommend a higher dosage. Go up in increments of 5 until you achieve the desired woody.
Age 63 married 41 years...2 kids and 2 grandkids. Had robotic RP in Apr 2008. Negative PSA since then. Suffered ED initially from Type II diabetes and then the RP. Had AMS700 LGX implant on 7 Nov 11.

Some plumpness sure can be helpful. Also if you have a "turtle" (very little to grab on to) when flaccid then getting some length and breadth is a must I would say.
Do your best ... and yeah .. maybe up the amount a bit (by 5 as mentioned) -- but watch out -- if it is just that you have not been hitting the mark all along and suddenly you do .. you could have TOO much of a hard thing on your hands ... all the way to the ER.

For me it doesn't matter what my dick is doing before the injection. I too have had a few "failures" when I didn't inject enough Trimix even though I hit the 10 or 2 o'clock position. As the others have said try increasing the dosage until you get the desired results. You should get an almost immediate hard-on after the shot and you'll definitely know it when it happens. Good luck, when it works it's a beautiful thing...for both you and your partner.

Because my penis is small in the flaccid state, I found that it helps to try to stimulate it a little before injection. THat way I have more to work with and can avoid veins better, and get a better location
