My Experience With a Longer (half-inch!) Needle

Postby Cigar56 » Mon Dec 14, 2015 8:02 am

Last night I moved up from a 31-gauge 5/16 length (8mm) needle to a 29 gauge 1/2 inch (12.7 mm) needle. Background: Recently I started on a new 30-1-10 Trimix formula for better performance. I have been using Trimix for more than a year, but started on weak formulas and have since been moving slowly up the ladder.

Apparently, I have a high tolerance level for Trimix. At 100 units of 30-1-10 (yes, 100!) I'm good for a 90-minute erection suitable for sex. At 50 units I'm good for 30-45 minutes. I know some guys can achieve erections of more than 2 hours, but 30-90 minutes is more than enough for me.

Since using Trimix I have noticed an incredible increase in the girth of my penis when erect. To me, more girth is just as satisfying as additional length. My wife is amazed at the new thickness. The not-so-good thing about the effect of Trimix for me is that my penis elevates only to about the 4 or 4:30 position when erect. It definitely gets plenty hard enough, but I'm looking for that full erection to the 3 o'clock position that stretches straight out from my body and even starts pointing up.

Hey, why not?

Some of the guys who have posted videos of their injections are experiencing that result, and I'm eager to join the club.

I switched to the longer needle to see if that would help. Maybe with my size I needed to get the medicine deeper into my penis. After injecting with the half-inch needle there was indeed some noticeable improvement in rigidity. I injected only 50 units but still could tell the difference in firmness. On the other hand, my penis did not rise higher than that 4 or 4:30 position. But it was again hard enough for sex for sure.

I didn't feel any pain with the half-inch needle. I've heard of some guys injecting too deep, causing internal bleeding, but I didn't see any blood, so all good there.

The next step for me is to see my doctor and ask her to strengthen my formula to 30-2-20. That will probably be my last attempt at a porn-star erection. The one thing I enjoy about my moderate-strength formula is that I'm not having any problems whatsoever with erections lasting too long, and I want things to stay that way even if means giving up on the elusive perfect erection.

I can no longer use the 5/16" long needle although I've tried it occasionally. I guess the added girth may be causing some thickening that it must penetrate?

My formula is pretty strong: 45-27-1, and I'm using 20 units now. I do get the elusive 3 o-clocker. I stayed hard for over 2 hours this morning and decided to get out of bed and that always makes it go down luckily.

My tri-mix comes in dry form and I mix saline in the vial. My instructions called for adding 1ml, but I have been using 2ml. It sounds somewhat misleading that the formula says 45-27-1. I wonder if that is the strength when mixing the 1ml?

Hi Tomas,

I'm not a doctor, but I agree that increased girth could be a reason to switch to the half-inch needle. The whole idea behind any ED drug is to increase blood flow to the penis, and with Trimix I'm getting more blood flow than I ever received through pills. As a result my penis is broader and thicker than ever as an adult.

Where do you get your Trimix in dry form? When you say your instructions "call for adding 1ml," are you talking about injecting 1ml or 2ml of Trimix, or is that the the amount of saline you are adding to the dry power?

I've tried everything -- pills, injections pumps -- and now I am at the final frontier.

My local compounder in Mesa, AZ dispenses it that way.
It comes in dry form in a sealed small vial, and I also get a large vial of saline solution.
I have to extract some saline in a syringe, and inject that into the small vial.
I needed a strong formula, so the strongest they prescribe would be to mix in 1ml of saline.
That really seemed strong to me and I decided to not risk going to the emergency room so I injected 2ml of saline.
I'm presently injecting .2ml (20 units) for sex.

Thanks tomas1,

I understand now. Your cost per shot must be really, really low. Good for you.

Lots of guys have a cheaper CPS, but compared to pills, it's very good.
I guess when all is said and done, my cost is around $2.90 a pop.
