Heys guys,
So why are we only supposed to inject on the bottom half or bottom third of penis? Im sorry if this has been covered already, i just cant find an answer anywhere else. To me it would make more sense from a scar tissue build perspective to rotate not only from left to right side but also up and down the lentgh of shaft on both sides. Does injecting higher than the base put you at higher risk for peyronie's? Just wanted to know, thanks

After my Visit to my New urologist yesterday she deside that Trimix injections would be good choice for my ED. So I have to Pickup my script at Pharmacy this week and have another scheduled urologist appt to go in with my Wife to show us how to do the injection.
My question is: should I expect my First injection to be done in office by The doctor or nurse ?
Or just How to and Do it at home ?
How do they Determine the First Dosage?
Lastly: is Doppler ultra Sound normally Done also?
Sorry for Newby Questions..

Ideally, the doctor would give you the first injection in his/her office and monitor you for results to help determine a proper dose. I think that's what you should expect. However, some further experimentation may still be needed to perfect your mix and dose. The bring your wife request seems a bit unusual but I suppose it could be a good thing. Maybe she has a dark quiet room for testing or expects you to get a blow job on the way home, jk.

The first dose is more of a guess and most will start you out on the weak side. Some knowledge of your ED history probably gives them a little better guess where to start.

An ultrasound would be unusual unless you're being diagnosed for a venous leak.

My Uro, now retired, that 1st prescribed me injections drugs, prescribed Edex cartridges. He told me to read the package insert when I received the filled script. I didn't realize until much later how inadequate that was. It seems I survived.

I injected with the Autoinject two days after the injection at the Doctor office at the same spot, 10 min later I got erected with a dent and a little deviation, now two years later it developed into a narrower penis with a "hinge" effect on the dented are. I wonder if the Autoinject is the cause of my trauma.

Has anyone here tried Viagra and then smaller dosage of Trimix? I tried 100mg of Viagra and it gives me about a 60% bones. I usually inject about 25 units of the Trimix, which gets me pretty hard, but I cannot reach orgasm. Thought about using the Viagra with a much smaller dose of Trimix just to sustain my erection. Then hopefully will be able to ejaculate. Any thoughts?

Where do you live? In the United State trimix is prescribed by a physician. It is best if you see the prescribing doctor for consultation before taking your first dose. If you take too much you could end up in the emergency room with priapism.

TriMix is a great medication but one to be treated with respect.

Contact your urologist about TriMix.

Ask your doctor.

This has been done by a fair number of guys, myself included. If you decide to try this be sure to start with an underdose and then work your way back up, as in re-titrate. This is not a medical opinion. It's just layman internet advice which is worth nothing.

Good luck.

I wish I had an answer for you but I don't. I inject all up and down the shaft except the lower 1/4 or so. I find too low hurts more and is more difficult. As far as the clock face thing I go from 2 to 4 and 8 to10.

I'm not a medical professional of any kind. Always ask your doctor and follow his/her advice.
