Bad experience so far

I have used Viagra and Cialis over the last 4-5 years with success, but I hate the side effects. I had three appointments with a Uro over ED/side effect issues. the first was his evaluation, the second I was injected with two injections of bi-mix and got a bout a 60-70% erection, so he had me come back to try the trimix. He gave me three injections of the trimix. Here is where I get suspicious of him. The first two got (again) at about 60%, but the third caused a rapid loss of the existing erection. He also dodged my questions about the what dosage he had given me.
In wrapping up this appointment, the doctor suddenly starts pushing for an implant! He advised another appointment to "discuss" that option. He is also a surgeon who does, guess what, implant surgery.
1. Considering that the oral medication work, why would the trimix NOT and 2. Why push for surgery after one attempt and dodge my question about the dosage? I suspect he makes a whole lot more $$ off the implants. I'm certainly not ready to go that route!

I, of course am seeking out another doctor.!

You have no choice but to see a different doc.
You should get a good result with a stronger formula.
The doc sounds a bit like mine, but he didn't push too hard for the implant which he does provide.

On the other hand, don't dismiss his advice out of hand. By all means seek another opinion, but is is possible that injections are not your solution. After pills stopped working for me I tried several different formulations and dosages of injectables (Caverject, Edex, Trimix) and none of them worked for me. When you reach this stage, VED or implant are the only things that are likely to work for you. But at least you do have options remaining.

Viagra works for me- I just hate the side-effects. I have since read about issues with Uro surgeons receiving kick-backs from implant manufacturers.
