Any ideas why? cialis gives me night time erections but had lifelong ed, 29 year old.. when crunch time comes, so nervous.. I thought caverject would over ride it, just gets a little plump
whats next step, 40mcg? being from uk trimix is not available.. it would suck to need 40mcg of caverject, as nhs only allows you 6 a month and its £23 a month otherwise
I was told you can use MUSE to make caverject, but its annoying. Any ideas why 20mcg does not work?

If you read the PGE1 (Caverject) trials ( find on Google) you will see that in a trial of over 100 men with severe ED the average dose was 21.7 mcg. Thus more than half the men needed more than 20 mcg. I live in UK and need about 25 mcg for a good duration. I have type 2 diabetes and am prescribed 4 x 40 mcg free each month. Caverject supply of 40 mcg is often unreliable but Viridal is exactly the same medication and is usually easier for my pharmacy to obtain. I refrigerate the surplus between 25 and 40 mcg to get more than 4 injections each month.

I have an urology appointment where they will show me to inject tomorrow, however I have been doing it myself, no big deal. I will tell them 20mcg doesnt work, what will they try next, straight to 40?
I thought it was 6 free per month?

The NHS recommendation is 4 per month free also applies to pills. Some doctors may prescribe more. I doubt that the clinic will go straight to 40 mcg - more likely 25 mcg. I understand that priapism is rare with Alprostadil/PGE1 but they will still be concerned. Let us know how you get on.

I'm going to buy some caverject online from drs, good reviews and much cheaper
it comes in liquid, do I need to mix this with bacteriostatic water? if so, benzyl alcohol or sodium chloride?

You can buy Viridal 40mcg in the UK for about £17.50 from Boots or Pharmacy2U (or others) it is the same as Caverject, sold as Edex in the States.
