Pain and This Never Happened Before

Postby briggle » Thu Mar 17, 2011 10:47 am

Last night, My wife injected my penis with .15ml of trimix. We started at 1.0 and are down to .15 with very similar results. The reaction started almost immediately with an increase in size and firmness(what a nice feeling). We started by watching some porn and move on to oral for about 15 minutes. Then I got a condom and action began. I was as usual unable to cum. My penis had been hurting during the entire process from the head down through the shaft to the end. It hurt enough that nothing was pleasurable. I stayed hard to semi hard for the next 6ish hours. I know that I should have gone to the ER but after being there 4 times in the past 5-6 months I just couldn't do it. I used ice and took sudafed (a total of 7 pills). With my diabetes I wonder how high my BP went? I have always used trimix and I was wondering people taking Bimix What difference do u see? (size, firmness, finishing and pain). I have also heard of a Quadmix- Does anyone know anything about this? Thanks!

Hey Brig,

Sorry you're having issues with Trimix. It's been a lifesaver for me--only side effect is delayed/difficult orgasm and ejaculation. I think that's pretty common with injectibles and even with some of the oral meds. Just for clarity, please double check your dosage. If you're using a standard insulin needle, then the entire needle holds 100 units or 1 cc. 1 cc = 1 ml. Doc started me at 0.3 ml; I reduced it down to 0.2 ml (20 units), then 0.1 ml (10 units), and have now settled in at 0.06 ml (6 units). 1 ml (100 units) of trimix is a huge dose. I think you may have a decimal misplaced.

Anyway, I did have some anxiety over slow "deflation" at first, but figued out that as long as Little G was making progress toward limp, however slowly, it was okay. Nurse at urology clinic confirmed that. Understand, I am NOT telling you NOT to seek medical help in the even of priapism or suspected priapism.

I have heard others speak about some pain associated with trimix use (and other injectibles). I have not expreienced anything I could call pain. Sometimes I have had an ache, but it's more like one of those things that "hurts so good". I figured that it was due to the penile tissues stretching in ways they had not been stretched in a long, long time. For me, it's minimal discomfort and well worth it.

That's my experience in a nutshell. Not sure how applicable it is to your situation. What I do know is that there are many varied formulations (bimix, quadmix, etc.) and even various permutations on the trimix. My instincts tell me you can eliminate this pain by experimenting further with the dosage and maybe ask the uro about a different formula. In any case, it seems to me you might want to have a chat with the urologist or the uro nurse. Pain in the hoohoo is worth a phone call.

Come see us in the Chat Room when you have a chance. We'd like the chance to know you better.

Best wishes.

Talk to the pharmacist that mixes it. There is one ingredient that can cause the pain and they can try cutting back on that I read. I use trimix but I never had pain.. just soreness from the erections lasting after orgasms and difficulties sleeping because of that. I have to fill it up to the 40 mark so I guess that .4? almost half the needle full. But if I cut back I do not achieve a normal erection but it last for quite a while after intercourse, but I have never gone to the hospital and sometimes it has lasted beyond 4. But when the dr. first injected me, she told me it could last a while and I called her at 5 hours and she told me not to worry it would go away so I figured as long as it went away I was ok...
