Can't Ejacolate when using Trimix

Postby briggle » Thu Mar 03, 2011 5:38 pm

Hi, I have been injecting with Trimix for the past couple of months and haven't been about to cum ever. My wife and I have great sex when I inject she ends up with two or three climaxes and I get mothing. Now since I can't cum from sex I can't cum when getting an Oral, HJ etc..... I was told that Trimix also includes some lidocaine to help deaden the poke. I have been Type I diabetic for 31 years and don't need the lidocaine but I would like to cum. I can actual feel my penis head get numb and lose any feeling. I have been using trimix for 3-4 months and it has happened every time. Even after sex for 45+ minutes and then a HJ from my wife and then from myself I get close but nothing blows. Anty thoughts on how to fix it. Robert

Delayed ejaculations and/or difficulty in achieving orgasm seems to be common thread among trimix users, including myself. FYI, that statement is based on a wholly unscientific poll of trimix users on this site. There also seems to be a pattern of orgasm challenges among men who use any kind of chemical, whether inejction or oral pills such as Viagra, Cialis, Levitra. Each of us seems to have a different "solution". Some get there by masturbating after one or both partners are exhausted from coitus; in other cases, orgasm is accomplished with hand job or blow job from partner. Sometimes just changing positions will do the trick. There's not enough scientific research here that I can find to know whether there is an organic connection between the chemicals and the issue or if it more likely involves the biggest sex organ of them all--the brain. My advice is to keep trying. It sure beats wanking with a softie, doesn't it?

Good luck. Join us the Chat room when you can.

Robert,
I've been using Levitra for a few years and just recently started injections (caverject & bimix). I get the same disapointing reaction from all of them. My shaft gets nice an firm but it feels numb to sensation and cannot ejaculate. My glans (head) and my Copera Spongeosum (under shaft) do not get engorged either, further frustrating my desire to ejaculate.

Knowing that this is going to happen with caverject/Bimix, and Levitra kinda bums me out because I want to have orgasms like my wife does but I've concluded that it's not going to happen; so I've decided that sex with caverject/Bimix, and Levitra is just for her benefit not mine.

I do want to point out a new discovery for me that is really good. It may proove beneficial to you as well. During the past 7 years with ED I've tried just about everything available to assist me with getting a normal boner, but I've never tried Viagra or Cialis. Recently I had opportunity to try both and WOW!!! What a difference! I got Fully engorged with both of them and the sensations were back and everything. You may want to try either or both to see how your body responds.

Dave

The Cialis lasted twice as long.

I use Trimix and have for 2 years now. I get pretty good results every time. You have to take care to inject at between 9 and 11 o'clock. If you don't get it right, no woodie. I have had a prostatectomy so I don't have any ejaculate anymore, but I can experience the feelings that go along with it. Actually, they are much more powerful now than ever before, but dry. As far as those of you who have diabetes (I have type II), that has a lot to do with your not being able to ejaculate or get an erection. That's one of those unfortunate side-affects of the disease. My urologist has put me on daily cialis and it does absolutely nothing for me. I can get a little riser out of Levitra, but not much. The shots on the other hand give me a rock-hard erection, kinda like being 18 again. I use Trimix and don't have any pain and have never had priapism from it, either. The mix is what's important and then depends on the dosage.

Best of luck with whatever methods you use.

Steve,

Perhaps you might want to clarify that "between 9 and 11 o'clock" refers to the preferred injection site on the shaft of the phallus, not the time of day. My uro advised me inject at 10:00 and 2:00 and to alternate sides: right/left/right/left and so on.

Just sayin'.

You're absolutely right...alternate sides and between nine and 11 o'clock referrs to the injection point, not time of day. obviously, if you're injecting on the other side, it would then be 1 and 3 o'clock. I was told not to inject and the 12 o'clock position...i think that's because the injection will likely miss it's intended target there.

Thanks for setting me straight.

Has anyone went back to their uro and asked if a different blend of the three medications for trimix would give them more feeling?

The real reason for keeping away from the 11-12-1 position is the Dorsal artery and Dorsal Vein run right along the top and a little to either side -- Ouch for sure if you go inject near there!. Also the Dorsal Nerve is up in that area also, although the anatomical sketches show the nerve spreads out a bit from the 12 position. Not sure how we all manage to miss it even at 9-11 and 1-3 positions. I guess maybe does not spread over below 11 and beyond 1??

Keep on shootin'!

Jim

Hah .. that was a good joke about 9-11 and 1-3 not being the actual Time Of Day to inject. I could see someone
who has never seen 12 O'clock High might make that mistake. I bet that is a joke thay all tell at Uro Conferences ....
RP 2008 ... MUSE 2008-9 .. TriMix Gel 2009 .. Trimix 2009-2015 ... PGE-1 2016-2019 ..Misoprostal 2019 Onward. All worked.

IDEA!

I'm the proud owner of a bionic boner since March, but before that I was a dick sticker with quad mix. I have wonderful erections, great engorgement of the glans, and real good sensation. I am also type 2 and I suffer from diminishing sensation. However, the quad mix didn't make it worse, if anything it improved the sensation and the orgasm due to the engorgement.

However, I did have the no cum problem for a while. It was my antidepressant. Those are major contributors to this problem. Doc changed my med and I've been cumming fine ever since. It does take a while though!
