Mixing Trimix

Greetings,

My eru i think used the normal mix of Alprostadil 10mcg + Papaverine 30mg + Phentolamine 1mg. ( I will have to double check. If I use 2.5 ml I get results. However if I use a 1 ml barrel with a 1/2 30 gauge needle we are talking three injections. I was told I should contact him after I find out the amount that works. Question-can they mix the trimix so I get that same dosage in a 1 ml shot?

I also noticed taking Viagra with this helped.

I also posted a question under implants n case this does not work out well.

I would have to say your mix is very diluted. My trimix is PGE1 (Alprostadil) - 5.88 mcg, Papaverine - 18mg, and Phentolamine - 0.6 mg mixed in 1 ml of solution. I inject 0.3 ml (30 units) of the mixture. Most guys get good results with much smaller doses.

What do you use to inject .3 ml.? I cannot find 1/2 inch 30 gauge needles that come with a barrel that holds that much.

I use a Becton Dickensen ultra fine 30 g x 1/2 inch disposable insulin syringe. They come in 30 unit, 50 unit, and 100 (1 ml) size. You can Google BD insulin syringe and see them for yourself. I also have used a 28 g 1/2 inch BD allergy syringe.

My Trimix came with "Monoject" 100 unit x 29 gauge 1/2" syringes. (because I only need 5-6 units, I now use 30 unit syringes.)

Ok-can I use the excuse that it has been almost 40 years since I took a college science class. I am using incorrect numbers. I also fully realize that I will get a stronger Trimix mix. Currently I am using 250 units or 2.5 ml. So I have to do three shots to get that amount of solution. I would like to get a 30 gauge 1/2 needle that would hold 300 units or 3.0 ml or 3cc.

Is there such a needle out there? My pharmacist found 27 gauge needles that could be attached to a 3cc/3ml/300ml barrel. I tried the 27 gauge needle (with the standard 1ml barrel) Maybe it was just me-a little hesitation to plunge but the 27 gauge needle seemed a little harder to insert. The 30 gauge go in easy.

I would like to thank those who already posted information as that helped to find my mistakes.

Try here: http://www.medical-and-lab-supplies.com ... edles.html
They sell syringes and needles separately.

Good luck

Dave,

2.50mls?? I know you have verified that (using 3 syringe shots kind of confirms). Going to much stronger Trimix is a good idea.

If you go to 20 mcg PGE-1 you'll be down to 1.25mls .. and at 40ncg will maybe be .60ml .. getting DOWN into about the highest amount people use before giving up.

I guess you won't know for sure til you try. But it will still be pretty expensive per shot. If it works though.. I guess it will be worth it.

My doc is ultra-conservative with his starting formula. it's 8.88mcg, 16.67 and I'm not sure of the last one.
Anyhow, he wanted me to start on a half strength mixture since I have to add my own diluent. I was to start with .1ml or 10 units per injection. I kept upping the dosage since I couldn't achieve a useable erection unless I added 50mg of Viagra. My last shot was .38ml and still the same problem. The Viagra did its job though. I tried to call him to get the prescription changed, but have to wait 2 weeks for an appointment. I hate the way the medical profession treats us like children, but I suppose they make money having us jump through their goddam hoops. I don't plan to fill the Rx until I see him again on 9-17.
