You might try using a constriction ring. Rubber/latex rings like the ones used with a pump. Pump up a little, maybe half way, then put the ring on at the base of your penis , then inject. I think it keeps the bimix /trimix inside the cavernosa instead of leaking out into the body.

What size needle are you using. I occasionally miss the target with a 5/16" needle. Also go back in the threads and review best angle and location for injections. You may be missing the target and injecting just subcutaneously and not reaching the CC.

Tank,

Maybe you have read about this in past posts:

If the needle has hit paydirt and is in the Cavernosa when you press the plunger on the syringe it will give very little resistance.

If you are NOT in the Cavernosa usually you will notice a LOT more resistance when pressing the plunger in. Plus you might get more stinging/burning feeling -- maybe more nerve endings are outside the C than inside? (If you feel resistance on first press you can try jabbing/digging in some more and 'dimpling' the syringe into the skin. Don't withdraw the needle just jab a little more in.

Never had a miss in hundreds and hundreds of shots -- most with a 5/16" needle on 31g syringe. And yes with those short needles I tend to dimple the end of the syringe in a bit to be sure it really made it in all the way.

it works...

Good information Jim , I switched to 31g needles because of your success . And a couple of times encountered the resistance you mentioned , so instead of re-injecting I just push the the needle in further........no misses yet .

Tankerman,
I used to have the same issue. I would suggest injecting a bit deeper. For me the shorter needle length wasn't enough to get the medication deep enough to hit the erection chambers. Once I pushed the needle a little more deeply in, I never missed again.
You could either try a longer needle length (1/2" is what I've heard recommended) or do it the easy way by pushing the needle in a bit deeper and then injecting the fluid.
Let us know how it works for you.

My uro recommends a 1/2" needle. He said this is especially important if a man's shaft is thick when flaccid. It's important to get the Trimix into the body of the corpsa.

Really, really, really talk to your uro. There are many formulations of trimix. You really need to work on the formulation best for you!

I think people get it wrong when they here inject into the side of the penis shaft, just becuase you inject into the side of the penis shaft doesn't mean you are injecting into the CC, I think that has been my problem for quite some time now that would surly explain why I have so many negative responses. Just about a week ago I had a very positive response to Trimix had a hardon for two hours and we were able to do it and orgasm twice that was great, I just wish I could inject into the side of the penis shaft and have that result everytime. Thanks to all of you for your imput and responses you guys have been a tremendous help to me and my wife, again thank you all and have a wonderful evening. Nathan
