Stronger strength trimix

I'm using 30-3-30 trimix at 25+ units getting a 30 minute erection i would like my erection to last 1 to 1-1/2 hours just got new trimix 30-3-40 haven used yet what should starting dose be dr said to start at 20 units i think that might be to high to start with I'm thinking 5-10
74 years old Been using trimix since 2020 works great for me didn't like pills to many side effects had ED since 2016 just also started 5mg cialis daily November 2025 for enlarged prostate using along with trimix

Those mixes are not that different. I would follow your doctor’s suggestion.
57yo, NYC. ED started at 40. Pills, then shots for 10 years. 24cm Coloplast Titan XL w/classic pump by Dr Eid 3/25/2025. Will meet for show & tell.
