Comparative Trimix formulations

How would a 30mg Papaverine / 2mg Phentolamine / 20mcg Alprostadil Trimix formula compare to what you use?

How many units (from 100) would you usually need for a good result?
UK. 70 years old.
Type 2 diabetes
ED since 2010

I'm currently using 30-3-30 at 15-20 units
Keeps me hard for 1-2 hours
74 years old Been using trimix since 2020 works great for me didn't like pills to many side effects had ED since 2016 just also started 5mg cialis daily November 2025 for enlarged prostate using along with trimix

The physical response to a dose is so incredibly varied. A dose that does absolutely nothing to one guy will send another to the ER with priapism.


Are you asking out of curiosity? Or are you trying to determine what dose YOU should take?
