Starting Tri-Mix; Need Experienced Input About Dependency for Erections

Sorry for the vague title. I'm not sure how to word my question.

I've had ED for about 10 years now. Some background:

Currently, I can achieve a very useable erection with erection bands and the Xialla device, which I'm sure you're all probably familiar with as a site affiliate or sponsor (https://xialla.com/products/xialla?srsl ... AvXY12vLEn) . When I say "bands" I don't mean traditional novelty or medical cock rings....those leave me with a 'doughy' erection that's not very satisfactory.

The bands are actually from the PE world (penis enlargement)...made by LG Hanger. They are silicone penis sleeves (Seen here: https://lghangerllc.com/product/1-125-s ... e-quality/ ). They start out 8" long in most cases and I trim them down and fold them over once to get the appropriate amount of constriction. I personally found my girth increased markedly from when I started using them over a period of about 6 months. I stared with the 7/8" ID sleeves and gradually had to move up 2 sizes to the 1 1/8" ones as my girth exceeded the stretching capability of the sleeves.

Anyway, I'm getting off on a tangent about the bands and my question is more about injections while using something like the Xialla or a traditional novelty or medically designed cock ring. I'm guessing few, if any of you, have used bands. (I'm certainly willing to give more detail about the bands if others would like the info to try for themselves as I happened upon it by pure accident and it made life worth actually living again after ED struck).

Onto the question:

I'm concerned that going to injections may mean losing the ability to use the Xialla and bands method to achieve erections without injections. I don't want to become solely dependent on injecting drugs to achieve erections that are satisfactory for penetration for both my wife and I. The added benefit of the bands/Xialla method is a massive increase in girth as well as a fully inflated glans that I didn't get with the one Tri-Mix 105 injection I had at the urologist's office to check my flow rates, so I want to be able to still use that method on occasion. Heck, I may find I prefer that to injections. I'm simply not sure yet.

Have any of you experienced that Xialla and cock rings worked before injections...and no longer do now that you've switch to injections?

On a separate note, have any of you used cock rings and/or Xialla to achieve an erection and THEN injected with the ring/Xialla already on your penis? Obviously, you'll have to inject further up the shaft but from the diagrams I've seen, that's fine provided you're below the glans by a 1/2" to 1" or so. I'm mainly interested in this b/c I wonder if my glans will stay fully inflated (I would think so, provided I have the erection band and Xialla still on)....but I can only wear that combo for 20-30 minutes max before I normally have to take it off to allow fresh blood into my penis. That works out fine for my wife and I as she climaxes easily from PIV and has had multiple orgasms in that time frame. The injections are more for getting fully hard (in a more natural feeling way than with the bands) and for going for longer time frames than 20-30 minutes.
