I have severe ED, so this is how I do it. The needle is so small you wouldn't see anything.
My process. You need reasonable dexterity, a steady hand and eyesight.
1 have the syringe made up and resting with the cap on and an alcohol wipe.
2 pump it up with a soft silicone cockring on (I use a water-filled VED so it happens in the bathroom.
3 Wipe the area with an alcohol wipe before and after
4 My left or right hand goes around my cock with thumb and forefinger, creating the hole. I use these 2 fingers to steady the syringe.
4 Relax. Slowly insert. pressing the plunger slowly.
remove the ring and massage
5 Replace the cap on the syringe and dispose of it correctly.
6 Party time
