New to trimix ended up in ER
I just started trimix last week and ended up in the ER with a 7 hour erection. I did my first injection on Friday with a dose of .05ml. This was the recommended starting dose. It worked ok-ish. Saturday I injected again, this time .04. It did not work too well. I took Sunday off and tried again Monday with .06. This dosage landed me in the ER. I was surprised such a small increase made such a difference, especially since the notes from my provider said to increase in .03 ml increments up to .12 ml if needed. Sudafed did nothing and I did not have the phenylephrine. I have ordered phenylephrine And will not be injecting again until it arrives. What did I do wrong? Were my injections too close together? I followed instructions of to wait at least 24 hours and no more than 3 injections in a week (admittedly, I grouped my three pretty close together). Did I try to increase by too much? I appreciate any feedback from those more experienced with this. Thanks!!!

Whoa.
It is difficult to explain why you would get such a reaction after increasing a dose by .01. Maybe you should consider switching to Bimix? Talk to your doctor.

One should never inject without having phenylephrine available. Rookie mistake, now you have learned.
