My pharmacy "overnighted" my re-formulated Trimix prescription to me via FedEx. Unfortunately, when it arrived yesterday the shipment had spent an extra night in Memphis and the "cold packs" were anything but when I opened the package. I'm guessing the Trimix was at room temperature (or higher) for less than 24 hours. I put the vial in the fridge upon opening and examining the contents.
I called the pharmacy, they apologized, yet the pharmacy provided no clear recommendation as to the safety of using the Trimix. They instructed me to wait for a phone call on Monday with additional information. I really wanted to "test" this batch, as they had increased the Alprostadil from 10 to 20 in the recipe.
Have you injected Trimix which was at elevated temperatures (70-80 degs) for several hours? Are there real safety/health concerns which result?
