I have, but only in a situation where the first was either a full or partial miss, so I didn't really get the effect of two injections closely spaced.
Born 1954. Diabetes, hypertension and atherosclerosis. Sildenafil is iffy. Tri-Mix (30/3/20 Pap/Phen/PGE1) a godsend pending long-term efficacy. Daily Cialis. Tried LiESWT, Botox, PT-141, Eroxon, QST, DUS, Vertica, cabergoline, psychotherapy+hypnotherapy.

I have on multiple occasions used it twice in 24 hours. The shortest time in between injections was about 9 hours. I don’t make it a habit but I have not had any issues with it lasting too long. From my experience it doesn’t last as long as the previous injection even if i use a few more units than before. Also it opens up the “ache” factor but it was manageable. Sudafed and exercise works wonders for the times when it has lasted longer than normal which for me is not often. It was never my idea to inject again but it’s very difficult to say no to my wife when she wants more the morning after.
50+ yrs old. married 25+ years. hypothyroid, on TRT. 10+ years ED, viagra, cialis now 50% ineffective. now on trimix 2MG phentolamine/30MG papaverine/20MCG alprostadil

Definitely agree on the latter point.
Also, I have 99% confidence in liquid phenylephrine as an antidote so if there should be a combination effect that results in priapism I'm confident it can be dealt with effectively.
