I think its meant to be enough for sex around once or twice per week. I cheated though, I said that my erections were so poor i needed much greater doses and that I needed double the volume. So I had double the injections which meant I could shag a good few times a week. And even then they didn't really monitor it, just keep requesting repeat prescriptions.
However, now even with the highest doses it is no longer adequate. Implant incoming
Mid 30s. UK. ED since mid teens. Done the pills, injections, P Shot, Gainswave, ESWT shockwave.
Now preparing to take the plunge under care of Professor Ralph at UCLH. Planning on a Rigicon Infla10 AX with Pulse pump.

As said above they give you enough for sex once a week you can ask so more but seems it depends on the GP and what area of the UK you live in I get 12 20mcg packs a month but I do use 2 every time

They don't have Edex 40s over there?
RRP 2011 Mayo Jacksonville, Dr. Wehle. Non nerve sparing. C in margins. Radiation 2023, V.E.D, Viagra and PGE-1 (80mcg/ml) injections @ 7 - 16 units. Originally Edex20 or 40, then compounded PGE1 due to cost. Inject. 14 yrs. It works. FL Treasure coast.

Edex is the competing brand to Caverject. Both are dry alprostadil in one chamber of a cartridge and the water in another. I don't know how widely available it is outside the U.S. It comes in cartridges somewhat similar to what the Caverject Dual Chamber comes in. But while the Caverject comes in 10s and 20s the Edex comes in 10s, 20s and 40mcg cartridges. It appears Caverject is also available in 40mcg doses but it's not in the cartridge. You have to mix with a syringe in a vial and then inject with a syringe. You might want to ack about it.
