Can you take Cialis AND injections?

I have been taking daily Cialis for 10 years, and my doc claims it’s a “good drug to be on” because it helps with heart issues (and I have them).
Am considering looking into injections as this is my second bout of bad ED (first one was 10 years ago and took months to begin to get better and a couple years before I started to feel confident about trusting my body again).
I’d like to remain on Cialis indefinitely just for the heart health benefits. But does this mess with injection use?

You very likely can with much caution and your doctors supervision. You'll want to start at a very weak, low dose as I'd expect your doctor to instruct you to do.

That's what I'm doing. 10mg Tadalafil daily.

As bldoink prescribed, I started low and titrated up. It's important to keep the daily Tadalafil consistent so your baseline doesn't change.

Expect that the cialis potentiates the action of the injectable medication. You’ll likely need a smaller dose of the injectable meds.

As my ED progressed it became necessary to use cialis to give my injections a boost.

Talk it over with your doc and expect to begin injection doses at a lower dose.

For me.....the answer is yes but my bedtime performance is very similar when using trimix and Cialis or just using trimix only. I guess the trimix works so well for me the added Cialis does not really improve things all that much.

The biggest advantage for me in using the above combo is I am plumper for injecting when I've used Cialis

HOWEVER........ sometimes I think mixing Cialis and triimix together causes delayed ejaculation which is very aggravating so I'm skipping the above combo most of the time

Any guess as to which of the ingredients is causing the delayed ejaculation or is it really the entire combo that's to blame?

You absolutely can. Obviously, as others have said, careful with doses of both. It's different for everyone, you know your body best so...

In general i don't like the pills because any dose that's sufficient to actually have significant effect in my case (50mg) also comes with very annoying side effects... but sometimes, when going for a bit of "planned fun" with my wife (watching a movie and knowing we'll have sex after) i take a pill at the start of the movie to give it time to take effect. This way she can play with my cock during watching the movie, have it slowly fill up a bit and maybe get a few bouts of semi-rigids. It does feel nice, not gonna lie, to have a somewhat natural response without the needles, alcohol swabs etc. Sometimes, if the effect is strong enough she might give me a blowjob and then later when we move to phase two after the movie (injection and penetration) i can last way longer

Still, i wish they'd make better pills with less side effects. :/
