Trimex injection timing strategies

My normal routine is to inject and in 5 minutes I join my wife in the bedroom and this scenario works good.

But I've been wondering how things would work if I injected say like 30 minutes before our planned bed time meeting if that would enhance the situation.

Anybody tried anything similar to this ?

Yes, basically the same process here. That gives her the pleasure of playing with it as it gets hard, which resembles how it is with a naturally occurring erection. Very satisfying for both of us.
The other enhancement is that, for me, it stays hard even after sex, no “recovery” time in case more fun is desired.

I'm still working out the timing and dosage mix that works for me. Lately, it has been that I'm hard as long as I'm in her but as soon as I withdraw, then I go soft. If it's always that way, it would seem to be an ideal scenario; but I have to wonder if it will go soft prematurely. Even though I don't want to risk priapism, it's a bit comforting for it to stay hard for an hour or two afterwards. If I can be assured that the erection will last as long as I need it then I'd like to try your suggestion of prepping 30 minutes ahead of time and letting her see the benefit of her stimulation. OTOH. It's nice to be spontaneous and be able to inject just moments before the action starts.

I keep a prefilled syringe in the refrigerator ready to go. With this, I can discreetly do the injection and be back to her (although she knows what I'm doing) in a couple of minutes.

My experience mirrors the statement made by my Urologist at my recent appointment. "The brain is in charge". After orgasm, your brain sends a signal to your dick -- game over.

I am speculating, those of you who stay hard with trimix after orgasm (can't include you implanted fellas) have a huge libido which lives in the brain.

I don't think that's true. It's dose dependent. If you are on a high dose of Trimix, the effect of the medication overpowers the signals from your brain. I often get somewhat softer after orgasm, then it hardens back up and stays there, and I sometimes need to have a second orgasm to help it go down.

Not all men who end up with priapism from Trimix are sex maniacs.

I think this depends entirely on the couple.

The unfortunate fact is that Injections do not allow for the spontaneity that we had before ED.

When I used to take pills (viagra), it wasn't uncommon to take a pill and hope for sex. If it didn't happen, no big deal.
However, with Trimi,x once you inject, for most guys you can expect for 1-2 hours.

In my case, I found that unless my wife wants sex, it usually does not turn out well. If I initiate sex, it usually does not turn out well.
If we agreed beforehand, I could see injecting Trimix, and it working out OK.

Normally, we are in bed, and one thing leads to another, I will then flat out ask; Do you want more? Unless the answer is no. I will excuse myself and do the injection.

Other couples may need to work differently. I would think it depends on expectations and who initiates sex.
