Mine usually goes down a little for a bit (maybe 25% softer but still hard), then comes back harder. For me Trimix can last 2-3 hours like that.

For me, it depends on the dose and other, AFAIK, random factors. At 5½ units a couple of days ago, I went soft after 30-45 minutes while still in her but yesterday, 7½ units kept me hard in her long after I had ejaculated plus another 2-3 hours. More juice helps with duration but does not guarantee it.

Wow. This theory is very intriguing. It mirrors my experiences exactly. After prostatectomy, and relying on Trimix -- my erection duration has decreased since using Trimix. My dose (15 units) has remained constant. This suggests my "natural" erection strength has increased over the last seven years -- which anecdotally feels (pardon the pun) accurate. I could not coax any sort of an erection in the early prostate-less days, and today I can get a pretty firm erection.

I'm very interested in hearing more from others on this theory.

After orgasm -- it's over, not hard anymore. Asked my Urologist yesterday during my annual appointment why this happens. Answer, it's the brain telling all your nerves and arteries that the job is complete -- you have climaxed.

I asked him to increase my trimix strength to solve to problem. He suggested talking to the compounder/pharmacy, he thinks increasing the Phentolamine might help. It blocks the increased sympathetic drive and helps avoid the false-positive diagnosis of venous leak.
